You will be responsible for helping with activities, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring that each child has an enjoyable experience while developing new skills. Duties Supervise and engage with children in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Implement behavior management techniques to maintain a positive atmosphere and resolve conflicts among children. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages children's social and emotional development. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of classroom facilities and equipment. Requirements Experience working with children in settings such as camps, daycare centers, or educational environments is preferred. Strong skills in behavior management to effectively guide children's interactions. Ability to educate and tutor children in various subjects or activities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with children of diverse backgrounds. A passion for childhood development and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
