Job Summary A Fresh Start for a New Year The new year is all about new beginnings, and Learn and Play Preschool is excited to welcome an Assistant Pre-K Teacher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, supporting young learners, and working alongside a collaborative teaching team. You will help guide children ages four to five as they build confidence, independence, and the skills they need for kindergarten success. Our classrooms focus on play-based learning, predictable routines, and strong relationships. We believe children learn best when they feel safe, encouraged, and genuinely supported. About Our School Learn and Play Preschool was created with families and educators in mind. Our approach blends early childhood education with social-emotional development to support the whole child. We value consistency, teamwork, and a positive classroom culture where both children and staff can thrive.
