Job Description
Fab-Tec has an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Machinist to join hour team. The idea candidate will have at least 3-years experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer.
Summary:
This role is responsible for the set up and operation of CNC Haas Milling Machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Creates and modifies computer program, using Fusion 360.Responsibilities:
Program, set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specifications. Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product specifications. In-process inspections of machined parts against drawings to maintain quality control.Requirements:
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and work order instructions Ability to use precision measuring equipment including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, depth gauges and indicators. Minimum of 3-years experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer. High School or equivalent (Preferred)Hours:
