$13-$15 Join a Supportive Early Learning Team Learn & Play Preschool is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support our Two-Year-Old classroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with toddlers, understands the importance of routine, and thrives in a collaborative school environment where teamwork and patience are essential. Our school was founded by a parent with a professional background in social work and is built around creating a warm, inclusive, and family-centered atmosphere. We focus on hands-on learning, strong relationships, and consistent care to help children feel secure, confident, and ready to grow. Primary Responsibilities Support classroom activities tailored to the developmental needs of two-year-olds Assist in maintaining a nurturing, organized, and safe classroom environment Help children transition smoothly through daily routines, including meals, rest time, and play Encourage language development, positive peer interactions, and early independence Work closely with the lead teacher to support lesson plans and classroom goals Communicate daily updates with families as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in childcare or early learning settings preferred Early Childhood Education coursework or credentials are a plus Ability to meet
