St. Alban's Weekday Preschool looking for Preschool Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year, specifically in the 2 year old and 3 year old program. We are a small, half day, play and faith-based learning environment, tucked away in the St. Alban's neighborhood of Davidson, NC. Our teachers are highly experienced, talented, nurturing and genuinely enthusiastic about creating fun, age-appropriate learning opportunities for all children. Job Description includes but is not limited to the following: Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Provide daily/weekly age-appropriate lesson plans targeting each of the areas of development using a differentiated approach Monitor and assess the progress of each child, identifying areas for improvement Have strong written and verbal communication skills Provide daily/weekly/monthly communication to families through the BrightWheel app Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental progress Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development Teach Biblical concepts, stories, and songs to promote a love for Jesus and His church with support of the Frolic curriculum Candidates must have the following…
