Job Summary Provide supervision, support, and trauma‑informed care to youth in a licensed Level III residential treatment home. Afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available. Staff assist with routines, documentation, transportation, and crisis‑prevention support. About the Role We are hiring Paraprofessionals/Direct Care Workers to support youth in a Level III Residential Treatment Facility located in Denver, NC. Staff maintain safety, structure, and therapeutic support using trauma‑informed approaches. Youth attend school during daytime hours, so most direct care occurs in the afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekends. Pay:
