Key Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional in school settings is highly desired Familiarity assisting students with academic tasks and behavioral support Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents Ability to collaborate with teachers and follow individualized education plans (IEPs) Adaptability and patience when working with diverse groups of students Dependable, responsible, and attentive to student needs throughout the school day
Primary Responsibilities:
