QUALIFIED

for this position, we require a high school diploma, completion of early childhood education credentials/ EDU 119 or some early childhood education coursework OR some experience working in the early childhood education field as well as the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!

Required Shift:

Monday

•Friday, 9:00am

•6:00pm

Compensation:

$14

Our Hiring Process:

Resume screen Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes) On-site interview with Center Director (30-60 minutes) Q&A Classroom observation

Offer Main Job Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center. Implement activities that encourage each child's growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development. Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program. Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children. Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children. Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
