Strong critical thinking skills, including organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills are required. Advanced knowledge of computer and web-based technologies preferred. Professional handling of exposure to confidential and sensitive information is required. Minimum Requirements Associate degree or higher is required. Residency Management Database experience is Preferred. 3 years or greater related experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting with graduate medical education or human resources. A four-year degree may substitute for the required experience.
