Required Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or teacher assistant, preferably in a school setting Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support student needs Strong communication skills, with the ability to relate to students with diverse backgrounds and abilities Passion for helping children learn and grow Willingness to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to classroom routines and expectations Compliance with any state and district hiring requirements for paraprofessional roles (may include background check)

Main Responsibilities:

Support EC Teachers in instructional activities, classroom management, and student supervision Provide direct assistance to individual students and small groups, both in and out of the classroom Assist with adapting learning materials to meet student needs Encourage and reinforce positive student behavior and participation Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under teacher guidance Document observations and communicate student progress to the EC teaching team Step into a rewarding contract opportunity where your skills can change lives.
