Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

Job Description
We are looking for Assistant Teachers who are adaptable, caring, and team-oriented. This position will serve children ages 3 to 6 years old, within multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms. The position is part time. Hours are 12-5:30pm. The Assistant Teacher role is a great opportunity to learn more about Montessori and possible career advancement. Many of our Assistant Teachers take advantage of our career advancement program by obtaining their Montessori Certification and becoming Lead Teachers.
