Position Responsibilities Serves as the meeting recorder and compiling minutes for various Community Relations Team led meetings including but not limited to:CHAT, SOAR
Epi Team Prepares Canva graphics for flyers, social media posts, handouts, etc. in accordance with County branding guidelines. Organizes and inventories health education closet and promotional materials. Assists the Community Relations Manager with website updates and periodic reviews. Assists the Community Relations Manager with managing outreach and event requests, meetings and presentations with internal and external partners Assists the Community Relations Manager with scheduling and monitoring social media posts Work alongside Community Relations Manager with tasks essential to the execution of Community Health Improvement Plans, including assisting with teaching health education classes Updates resources, guides, and bulletin boards for community distribution and awareness. Assists the Community Relations Manager with migrating Health Department essential records and files to the Health Department's SharePoint page. Creates and gathers content for the OCHD SharePoint Updates section. Assists with community health improvement projects and initiatives such as attending outreaches, scheduling outreaches, performing cold calls to prospective organizations, managing contact sheets, etc. Distributes information or public health materials. Creates, documents, and archives agendas, minutes, newsletter, etc. Performs assigned functions as a Disaster Ready Team (DRT) member, if appointed or volunteers. Performs related duties as required.
