Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or working with children and adolescents Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents Understanding of school routines, classroom management, and instructional support methods Patience, flexibility, and reliability in diverse classroom settings High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification as a paraprofessional is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
