Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

Job Description
Early Childhood Teacher Assistant Looking for a confident team member who enjoys teaching and working with young children. Job description includes providing care for children ages infant through five years, assisting with implementing weekly lesson plans, and meeting specific developmental needs of children. Must be dependable, flexible and work positively with others. Benefits include paid time off, holiday pay, inclement weather pay, vacation pay, and childcare discount. Health benefits available, including dental and vision coverage. Monthly performance bonuses awarded. Candidates must be willing to complete EDU 119 within 6 months of hire (financial assistance offered). Early Childhood Credentials and/or a minimum of 15 Early Childhood Education hours are preferred.
