Job Summary We're looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Assistant Teacher to join our team! In this role, you'll work alongside our lead teachers to create a safe, nurturing, and fun learning environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive every day. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the needs of each child. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages learning, exploration, and social interaction. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior among students. Supervise children during playtime, meals, and other activities to ensure their safety. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while preparing materials for lessons. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that arise. Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive environment for all students. Skills Experience working with children Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating young learners.
