Job Description

We are looking for a Full time infant assistant teacher to join our staff immediately. We are a small school with a close-knit staff, child, and parent community. Our goal is to create a living environment where children, our hope for the future, can thrive. We follow Montessori principles. We will train you in this position. This is a full-time position. Your work hours will be approximately 7:30/8:00 am to 5:30/6:00 pm with a break. Additional overtime work hours are negotiable. You will be working in the infant classroom with children ages 6 weeks to 18 months. Requirements:
  • Experience in working with children 6 weeks to 18 months old
  • Interest in long-term employment
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new skills
Preferred:
Knowledge of or experience with Montessori NC Early Childhood credential Bachelor's degree from a brick and mortar institution
