Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating engaging learning experiences, supporting children's developmental needs, and maintaining a safe, welcoming classroom environment. Whether you are experienced or just starting your career in early childhood education, your passion for working with children will make a meaningful difference every day. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies. Support children's individual needs, including those with autism or disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized attention. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes active learning and exploration. Use specialized techniques such as Montessori or other educational philosophies to enhance early childhood development. Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience with special education, behavior management, and working with individuals with autism or disabilities is highly valued. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan engaging lessons focused on literacy education, math skills, and overall curriculum development. Familiarity with classroom management techniques suitable for toddlers and preschoolers. Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports working with children of diverse backgrounds and needs.
