Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Instructional Assistant Apprentice to join our dynamic educational team. This paid apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting classroom instruction and fostering a positive learning environment for young children. As an Instructional Assistant Apprentice, you will work closely with lead teachers and specialists to implement engaging lesson plans, support students' developmental needs, and contribute to a nurturing atmosphere that promotes growth, curiosity, and confidence. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about early childhood education and eager to develop their skills in a supportive setting.
