ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Paraprofessional to support children and young adults with behavioral and learning challenges in specialized school settings. In this role, you'll implement individualized education and behavior plans, provide one-on-one and small-group support, and collect accurate behavioral data. Working closely with teachers and clinicians, you'll help maintain a safe, structured, and compassionate environment that promotes academic, social, and life skills growth. Responsibilities Support delivery of individualized behavioral and educational plans for students with behavioral and learning challenges. Collect and document behavior and skills data accurately and on schedule. Implement positive behavior support strategies under therapist and teacher guidance. Assist with classroom management, small-group instruction, and one-on-one student support. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student goals. Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic learning environment. Follow all clinical, educational, and confidentiality policies and procedures. Participate in training and team meetings to improve skills and service quality.
