REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED; Associate Degree preferred Affinity for technology - specifically iPads and iOS systems; ability to diagnose and resolve technology-related problems Technical knowledge of iOS, Windows, and/or ChromeOS preferred, but not required Demonstrates initiative to find answers to new questions and existing challenges Able to work independently under specific time constraints Self-motivated with attention to detail Able to maintain confidentiality of student records and school information Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks Previous experience working in a customer service environment preferred, but not required Must be able to take initiative, embrace change, and be comfortable and effective in a consultative role Professional working attitude and ability to work effectively with diverse groups Ability to manage multiple projects

JOB GOAL
Assist with the smooth and efficient operation of all technology associated with assistive technology and district iPads. Assist with the smooth operation of the Tech Center
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Consistent and punctual "on site" attendance at the work site Scan and digitize curriculum and materials for accessibility Respond via email and phone to a variety of student/staff queries regarding technology Isolate and troubleshoot technology problems to determine and implement practical solutions Accurately document, track, and monitor iPad issues to ensure a timely resolutions Assist with mobile device management including syncing, inventory, review, purchase, and distribution of iOS (iPad) applications Maintain, upgrade and configure iPads as needed Manage and install Intervention software on computers and iPads Coordinate repairs with service providers Supports students and teachers with technology use Coordinate periodic collection of all iPads for updating/redistribution throughout the district Research required information using available resources Review App requests from staff and students Stay current with system information, changes, and updates Attend staff development opportunities to gain additional job knowledge Greet visitors in a friendly and genuine manner by answering the Tech Center's main entrance Update and maintain special education technology inventory Assist with Purchase Order process Assign initial inventory numbers for district assistive technology devices and maintain the master of those numbers Occasional pick up and delivery of devices that require syncing and engraving Set up Technology Center for meetings and trainings Ensure proper care and upkeep of materials and technology equipment Assist in training for students and staff when needed Other duties as assigned.
