Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Bring your passion for education and make a difference in the lives of students as a Paraprofessional supporting both high school and elementary classrooms. This contract opportunity, close to Belmont, NH, offers a fulfilling way to contribute to student success while gaining valuable experience in an educational setting. As a vital member of the classroom team, you will support teachers in promoting a positive and productive learning environment. Your commitment will help ensure every student receives the assistance they need to thrive academically and personally.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred Strong desire to work with children and adolescents in a classroom environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing classroom needs High school diploma or equivalent required
Role Responsibilities:
Assist teaching staff with daily classroom activities, preparation of materials, and student supervision Support student learning individually or in small groups Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all students Encourage positive behavior and engagement with lessons and activities Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers Support students with diverse learning needs This position offers approximately 35 hours each week, giving you consistency and the opportunity to truly make a meaningful impact.
