This is a full-time 36hrs/wk for a 41 wk/yr benefited position. Medical/dental benefits available after 60 days Paid school vacations and sick leave as accrued. Staff wellness days/ Free Professional Development Education scholarships available. Salary information is based upon education.
Job Description details:
Assists with overseeing the day-to-day operations to provide care and supervision to the children in the Head Start classroom using Tri County CAP Head Start developmentally appropriate curriculum and assessment and supporting responsive relationships with children and families. Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, federal and state regulations and NH Childcare Licensing requirements, which includes following
TCCAP HS
operational plans and written policies and procedures. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of a safe, healthy, clean and productive work environment, including both indoor and outdoor facilities and assist the Site Leader to ensure licensing requirements within the center are met. Perform record keeping duties including documentation in accordance with the Tri County Head Start written plans and procedures, scheduled reports and mandated reporting in a timely accurate and confidential manner.
