Key Qualifications:

Experience in educational, childcare, or a related setting (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and staff Comfort supporting children with individualized education programs (IEPs) Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a full school year assignment Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

Responsibilities:
