Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a school-based support role preferred Strong understanding of academic, behavioral, and communication support strategies Familiarity with assisting students in self-help and activities of daily living (ADLs) Compassionate approach with excellent interpersonal skills Collaborative spirit to effectively partner with teachers, staff, and families Ability to adapt to the needs of students across grades PK-8

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct assistance to individual students and small groups within classrooms Implement behavioral and academic interventions under teacher guidance Support students with communication, self-help, and social skills development Assist with ADLs and facilitate independence Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment Help ensure student safety and well-being throughout the school day Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed Why This Role?
