Job Description

Step into a vital support role in education, helping make every school day meaningful for students. This contract opportunity seeks four paraprofessionals to collaborate closely with both individual learners and groups in a dynamic high school setting. Youll engage directly with students, teachers, and staff, providing essential support that fosters growth and learning. Bring your experience working in educational environmentsno additional certifications or higher degrees are necessary beyond a high school diploma (proof required). Your commitment and care will be valued as part of a team serving a diverse student body in both 1:1 and classroom settings. This assignment follows a structured weekday schedule: 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a half-hour unpaid luncha total of 32.5 hours per week throughout the academic year beginning in early September and concluding in mid-June. To move forward, please have three professional references at the ready, including your most recent manager; these are required in advance of any interview.
Key qualifications:
Previous experience within a school environment. High school diploma required; no further certifications necessary. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to provide three completed professional references (must include current/most recent manager).

Supporting students with diverse learning needs both individually and in group settings. Assisting teachers with classroom activities, organization, and behavior management.
