We are seeking a part-time associate teacher to join our team and support a warm, responsive learning environment for our youngest children. This role is ideal for an experienced early childhood educator who enjoys being in small classrooms sizes, enjoys building relationships with families, and working collaboratively within a supportive team. Role Overview As an associate teacher your responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging classroom environment while supporting daily routines, learning experiences, and caregiving needs for infants and young toddlers. This role works closely with a lead teacher and teaching team to ensure consistency, safety, and meaningful care. Key Responsibilities Provide responsive, nurturing care for infants and young toddlers Plan and support developmentally appropriate activities and experiences Guide daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and transitions Create a calm, engaging classroom environment that supports curiosity and play Collaboration & Communication Partner with families through clear, warm communication Work collaboratively with teaching partners and leadership Support classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety Follow all NH child care licensing and health & safety requirements Qualifications Experience working with infants and/or young toddlers in a group care setting Meets NH Associate Teacher qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, patient, and team-oriented Passion for early childhood care and development Schedule & Compensation Part-time opportunities available Consistent weekday schedule $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications How to Apply Please email your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience and interest to: | www.
