2026-2027 Job Overview 50 Stars Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Instructional Aide to support students in a school-based setting in North Haverhill, NH. The Instructional Aide will work alongside teachers and special education staff to provide academic, behavioral, and classroom support while helping students succeed in their educational goals. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small-group instructional support. Assist students with classroom assignments and academic activities. Support students with special education and learning needs. Reinforce lessons and instructions provided by the classroom teacher. Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and daily activities. Provide positive behavioral and social-emotional support. Help students stay focused and engaged in classroom activities. Monitor and communicate student progress and concerns to the teacher. Support implementation of IEP accommodations and classroom strategies. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school personnel. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred. Experience supporting students with special education or behavioral needs is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, dependable, and compassionate approach to working with students. Ability to work effectively as part of a school team.
