school year Responsibilities Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students in elementary and middle school settings. Assist students with behavioral, social, emotional, and academic needs. Implement behavior support strategies and individualized student plans under the direction of the appropriate school professionals. Help students develop positive behaviors, independence, and classroom skills. Support classroom activities and student participation. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and related service providers. Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Document student progress and communicate observations as appropriate. Requirements For Behavior Therapists (BTs): Experience working with children or students with behavioral or developmental needs preferred. Experience implementing behavior support strategies preferred. RBT certification or related experience is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff. Strong communication, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.

For Paraprofessionals:

Experience working with children in a school, childcare, behavioral, or related setting preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills. School-based experience is a plus. Why Work With KindSpire Education?
