Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Associate or Lead Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Manage classroom environments effectively through positive behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies to foster a respectful and productive learning atmosphere. Support toddlers' care routines by providing attentive childcare that emphasizes safety, hygiene, and emotional support. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavioral observations, and developmental milestones through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences. Incorporate assessments such as standardized testing and formative evaluations to monitor individual student progress and inform instructional adjustments. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student activities, behavioral notes, and developmental assessments in compliance with licensing standards and best practices. Experience Prior experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is essential; at least one year of classroom experience is preferred for associate roles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and childhood development. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques to support diverse learners. Experience implementing Montessori methods or other child-centered educational philosophies is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Knowledge of classroom management tools and techniques to create a positive learning environment that promotes safety and engagement. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development in childcare best practices is encouraged.
