Home to more than 1,600 students, the Pelham School District is composed of Pelham Elementary School serving preschool through grade 5, Pelham Memorial School serving students in grades 6 through 8, and Pelham High School serving students in grades 9 through 12. About the
Position:
Under the supervision of certified educators, assist with the implementation of accommodations, modifications or other support with education disabilities in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEP). Collect data as directed to monitor student progress; assist with instructional and other school-based activities; supervise students in a range of school settings and promote the learning and success of all students. May be required to assist students with self-care and /or daily living skills.
Qualifications:
High Diploma required. Associates degree or higher preferred. Previous experience working within Education preferred but not required.
What We Offer:
This position is a full-time, non-exempt position working 183 days per year, 6.5 o 7.5 hours a day based upon assignment. It is covered under our Pelham Educational Support Personnel (PESPA) collective bargaining agreement. Pay, benefits and additional associate benefits are in accordance with our collective bargaining agreement which can be found on our website under Department __> Human Resources.
