Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within school environments Understanding of preschool-age children's social, emotional, and developmental needs Ability to assist with classroom management and instructional activities Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, students, and families Reliable, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young children Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies

Role Responsibilities:
