Key Responsibilities:

Support elementary students in academic and behavioral activities under the guidance of classroom teachers. Implement and reinforce classroom routines and behavioral interventions. Monitor student behavior and collaborate with teachers to create positive learning environments. Help prepare instructional materials and maintain organized learning spaces. Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience working as a paraprofessional, preferably in elementary education. Demonstrated skills in managing student behavior and implementing behavioral support strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and educators. Ability to work 35 hours per week and commit to a school-based contract assignment.
