Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate AssistantTeacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development in a positive and engaging environment, while ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere. Duties Foster a positive learning environment for infants and toddlers Engage children in activities that promote literacy education, math skills, and creative expression. Monitor and assess each child's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development and address any concerns. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning. Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Skills Strong background in early childhood education and childhood development principles. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff. Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a nurturing environment. Experience working with children in daycare settings or private schools is preferred. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies for working with diverse learners.
