A Teacher Assistant assists classroom teachers by providing extra individual attention and instruction to students. Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

Job Description

Job description: Our Paraprofessionals must have excellent skills working with our Special Needs population. They must be a resident of New Jersey and hold a high school diploma, or equivalent. They also must pass a fingerprinting background check, provide a Physical Exam/TB test, and have a history of working with youth.

Experience:
