We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our collaborative early learning team and support the delivery of a developmentally appropriate, inclusive, and engaging classroom experience. Key Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in daily instruction and classroom activities. Support the implementation of the Creative Curriculum and district-aligned lesson plans. Supervise and engage with children to ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment. Provide individualized support to students based on their developmental needs. Help manage classroom materials, attendance, and transitions throughout the day. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Uphold district and state licensing standards, including confidentiality and safety protocols.

Qualifications Required:

48 college credits or a Paraprofessional Certificate (Parapro) . Prior experience working in an early childhood or public-school setting preferred.
