I Clementon School District | Clementon, NJInHealth Staffing is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate Instructional Aides/Paraprofessionals to support students with disabilities in the Clementon School District. These positions provide direct student support under the direction and supervision of certified school personnel.

We are looking for candidates who are patient, dependable, energetic, and passionate about helping students with special needs succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and independently. Available Positions 2:1 Instructional Aide

  • Fifth Grade Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support to students based on their individual educational needs.
Work under the direction and supervision of certified teachers and school personnel. Assist students in accessing classroom instruction, assignments, and activities. Reinforce teacher-directed instructional and behavioral strategies. Support students with transitions, classroom routines, social interactions, communication, and development of independence. Assist students in inclusive/general education settings when appropriate. Support students with special education needs, including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, communication impairments, intellectual disabilities, and other health impairments. Maintain a positive, patient, and supportive classroom environment. Follow student IEP-related accommodations, classroom procedures, and district policies as directed by certified staff. Monitor and communicate student progress, behavior, and concerns to the supervising teacher and appropriate school personnel. Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and educational records. Perform other duties related to student support as assigned by the school district. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Proof of education required prior to employment. Current TB test required prior to beginning the assignment. Prior experience working with children or students with disabilities is preferred but not required. Experience working with students with autism, special education needs, behavioral support, or other disabilities is a plus. Strong communication, patience, dependability, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under the direction of certified teachers and school personnel. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to support students in a classroom environment and assist with transitions and movement throughout the school day. Must successfully complete all required New Jersey Department of Education criminal history/background screening requirements prior to employment. Required Pre-Employment Documentation Candidates must provide and/or complete the following prior to beginning their assignment: NJDOE Criminal History Record Check/fingerprinting Proof of education
  • high school diploma, GED, or applicable higher education Current TB test Required employment history and child abuse/sexual misconduct disclosures Any additional clearances, training, health documentation, or other requirements required by the Clementon School District Preferred Experience Candidates with experience as an Instructional Aide, Teacher Aide, Paraprofessional, Classroom Assistant, Special Education Aide, Behavioral Technician, ABA/RBT, Childcare Provider, or Teaching Assistant are encouraged to apply.
