Classroom aide ($21.15/hour) : The classroom aide plays a vital role in supporting the instructional needs of the classroom. As a classroom aide, you will work closely with teachers and students to ensure a productive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including providing individualized and small group support to students, both academically and behaviorally, as directed by the teacher; assisting students with assignments, projects, and activities to reinforce their learning and promote their progress; and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere by promoting respectful interactions among students. 1:1 aide ($22.46/hour) : The role of a 1:1 aide is to provide individualized support and assistance to a specific student within an educational setting.
