Key Qualifications & Experience:

Experience working as a paraprofessional within a school or educational setting is highly desirable Ability to provide instructional and behavioral support to students with diverse learning needs Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and students Flexibility and adaptability to work in varied classroom environments and situations Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive approach to student engagement High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or completion of paraprofessional certification preferred

Responsibilities Include:
