Job Description
Job Summary As a Childcare Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the care, supervision, and development of children, ranging from infants to preschool-aged children. You will help maintain a safe and positive environment and assist in implementing educational activities. Responsibilities Monitor children during playtime, meals, nap time, and other activities to ensure safety and well-being. Assist in implementing age-appropriate learning activities such as arts and crafts, games, reading, and songs. Help children with daily personal care routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and toileting. Ensure that the environment is clean, safe, and conducive to learning and development. Foster good behavior through positive reinforcement, guiding children in resolving conflicts and promoting social skills. Work with other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom, assisting with lesson delivery and providing individual support to children.
