Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Teacher Assistant for an early education program. In this vital role, you will support classroom instruction, assist with individual student needs, and help create an inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development for all students. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning. Manage classroom activities, including setting up materials, supervising children during lessons and transitions, and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere. Support early childhood development through age-appropriate activities. Handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism in all interactions with students, families, and staff. Skills Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Experience working with young children in early education. Knowledge of classroom management strategies to foster an inclusive environment conducive to learning for diverse learners.
