Type:
full-time We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team and support the day-to-day accounting operations. This person will primarily focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable , along with general accounting responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Process and post customer invoices and payments Handle daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities Follow up on outstanding receivables and help with collections Enter and process vendor invoices and payments Reconcile customer and vendor accounts Assist with bank and account reconciliations Prepare and maintain accounting records and reports Assist with month-end close and journal entries Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments Assist the accounting team with other projects as needed
Requirements:
1-3 years of accounting experience Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Strong Excel skills Good attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills Accounting degree preferred but not required Experience with an ERP/accounting system preferred
