  • Instructional Job Summary The role of the CMA Curriculum Developer is multifaceted and crucial in ensuring that aspiring medical assistants receive comprehensive and effective training.
The developer will conduct research for the latest trends and best practices, determine course content, structure and length. The CMA Curriculum Developer will be responsible for implementing a teacher plan with lessons designed to meet the educational standards, guidelines and accreditation requirements to prepare students for employment as Medical Assistants and to pass the CMA Exam. Qualifications
  • Education Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Certification in Medical Assisting. Qualifications
  • Experience Knowledge of Medical Assistant theory, practice and trends. Minimum of 5 years Medical Assisting. Qualifications
  • Skills Demonstrated knowledge of discipline including current developments and technologies in related field of specialization.
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use technology in education as appropriate to the subject matter. Please be specific in stating your areas of expertise and experience. At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience with non-traditional adult students preferred. Work Hours Class schedules may include day, evening or weekend schedules. Please specify availability.
