In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a love of learning while ensuring each child's developmental needs are met. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives and contribute to their early childhood development. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote literacy, math, social-emotional skills, and overall childhood development Support classroom management by supervising children during activities, transitions, and outdoor play to ensure safety and positive behavior Engage children in educational activities that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking using age-appropriate teaching methods Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment aligned with educational compliance and regulation standards Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in classroom or childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom behavior management strategies Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team of teachers and staff Join us in shaping bright futures!
