Responsibilities:
Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs within the classroom. Model the ideas that embrace diversity and inclusivity while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions. A full-time paraeducator may also be referred to as paraprofessional, 1:1 aide, education technician, teacher aide, instructional assistant, classroom assistant, education assistant, learning support assistant, and teaching assistant.
Minimum requirements:
Substitute Teacher
- 30 College Credits + NJ Sub Cert Long-Term Substitute Teacher
- NJ Teaching Certification Substitute Paraprofessional
- High School Diploma/Equivalent Additional requirements: Commitment to work every student attendance day for the length of the assignment Perks you'll enjoy with
