We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher's Assistant to join our team and help create meaningful learning experiences for young children. Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and daily classroom activities. Help create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and rest time. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and health and safety standards. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. Follow all state licensing regulations and Goddard policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide exceptional care and education. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. CDA, Associate's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education required. Previous experience working with young children in a childcare center, preschool, or daycare is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, positive, and team-oriented. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities throughout the day. Must successfully complete all required background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
