You will collaborate with lead teachers to implement engaging lesson plans, promote literacy and math skills, and support children's social and emotional growth. Duties Assist in developing and executing age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy education, math, and early childhood development principles. Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging environment for children of various ages, including toddlers, preschoolers, and students with special needs such as autism or disabilities. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and social skills among children. Provide individualized attention to students, working with children who require additional support in areas such as communication skills or classroom participation. Help facilitate activities that enhance motor skills, cognitive development, and social interaction in line with Montessori or other educational philosophies. Assist with daily childcare routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions to ensure comfort and well-being. Collaborate with lead teachers and staff on curriculum development efforts to continuously improve instructional methods and classroom experiences. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, or private schools is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices related to early childhood education. Familiarity with special education techniques, including working with individuals with autism or disabilities. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Experience in lesson planning across subjects such as literacy education and math is preferred. Ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering an inclusive environment for all learners. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is a plus; Montessori or preschool experience is advantageous.
