Job Description

Lead Teachers/Assistant Teachers Are you passionate about early childhood education and driven to lead, inspire, and nurture young learners? We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, dedicated Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our team for the upcoming school year. If you have a love for working with young minds and want to play an active role in their growth and development, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Manage daily routines and ensure smooth classroom operations Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities (weekly/monthly) Keep the classroom clean, organized, and well-maintained Maintain accurate, timely records of student progress and classroom documentation Assist with opening or closing the center as needed Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training opportunities Support center operations by completing additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be able to complete all state-required background checks and clearances Relevant experience and/or education in early childhood education preferred Flexible scheduling availability Strong communication skills and professionalism in interactions with parents, staff, and management Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
