Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with precision, demonstrating knowledge of drink service and wine pairings Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, desserts, or premium selections to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash transactions accurately and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest needs promptly Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to assist with guest seating arrangements and waitlist management Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Assist in setting up dining areas for special events or night club services when required Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or nightlife environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally Experience in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality experiences!
