Monday to Friday after 3:30 PM, Saturdays after 11
AM Salary:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans Track client progress through data collection Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living Collaborate with families for consistent treatment Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional)
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Ability to pass background check. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
