Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Teacher Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Provide classroom support by managing behavior, facilitating activities, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children of various ages. Assist in classroom management by promoting positive behavior strategies and supporting children Contribute to documentation efforts by recording observations, progress notes, and behavioral data to support ongoing student development. Requirements Previous experience working with children in early childhood or special education settings is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies i Proficiency in communication skills—including writing skills—and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and specialists. Understanding of confidentiality protocols related to handling sensitive student information. Prior experience in private school or Montessori environments is a plus but not required.
